HEY!
WE WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO BE HERE.
MAYBE YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY,
MAYBE YOU ARE THINKING OF COMING SOME DAY
CHANCES ARE, THERE IS A BED FOR YOU. THERE ARE OTHERS ON THEIR WAY. THERE ARE QUESTIONS. THERE IS TIME. WE HAVE SPACE FOR YOU. TOOLS. TREES. TIME.
HERE ARE SOME THINGS WE THINK MIGHT BE HELPFUL
SLEEPING HERE
The Barn can sleep up to thirteen people. There are two connected rooms downstairs, each with two twin beds. Upstairs, there are two private rooms, one with two twins and the other with a king bed. Above the main space, there is a loft with five twin beds.
There are two shared bathrooms in The Barn, each with a toilet, sink(s), and a shower. There is a washer and dryer in The Barn. We have plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels.
There is no AC in The Barn, but the windows are screened and many rooms have a fan. There is heat in the bedrooms, but none in the loft space.
EATING HERE
There may be occasional communal meals offered, but as of yet there is no concrete plan.
A short walk from The Barn is The House. In The House, above the garage, is the Artist’s kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with a fridge, stove, cookware, utensils, a pantry. Artists are welcome to use utensils like the toaster and blender in the main kitchen, as needed.

WHAT’S HERE
The main studio/work space is in the barn. Aside from a menagerie of old props, costumes, and craft scraps that have amassed over time, there are lights, a sound system with an aux connection, a projector, yeti microphone, projection surfaces, musical instruments.
The former Riding Arena has a dirt floor, overhead work lighting, a portable speaker, random old stuff and a fog machine.
There are fields, forests, and trails for walking, sitting, performing etc.. There is a river where you can swim, lay, jet-ski.
There is wifi in the barn, an art studio/office space in the main house, and a printer that works (black and white). Dyer’s car and the farm car (Jeep) will be available for local trips.
We hope you use your time and space here as best suits you. We invite you to explore and take up the many spaces here. Rest, play, experiment, learn, and create.
